Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.
Both offices are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (Afternoon), and Christmas Day.
Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open (Urgent Care Fees will be applied.) If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us immediately. It is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency. We have veterinarians who are on call for emergencies that occur beyond normal office hours (Emergency Fees will be applied.) They may be reached by calling the clinic and following the voice prompts.
Missouri Valley Veterinary Clinic and Pinehurst Veterinary Hospital accept payment via cash, check, all major credit cards (MasterCard, Discover, Visa or American Express) and Care Credit. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, payment is expected at the time services are rendered.
We can provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one before any expected charges.
